How grab hire works
An 8-wheel lorry fitted with a hydraulic grab arm arrives at your site, extends its arm up to 7 metres, and scoops waste straight into the truck bed — over walls, fences and hedges if needed. Once loaded (up to 16 tonnes), it drives the waste away the same visit.
When to use it
Grab hire is ideal for soil, hardcore, concrete, rubble and mixed construction waste — anything heavy or bulky. It's perfect for tight-access sites, roadside jobs, and anywhere you don't have loading machinery.
