Information in a quote request

The form asks for your name, phone number, email address, site postcode and service required. A preferred date and description of the material, quantity and access are optional. Include the details needed for the quotation and avoid sending unrelated personal or sensitive information.

The website is hosted on Cloudflare. The form submits to the website enquiry service and forwards the quote details to WCR’s inbox at [email protected]. Cloudflare provides website, request-processing and email-delivery infrastructure; WCR’s Hotmail email service is provided by Microsoft. Website requests can also generate technical or security records, such as an IP address, request time and request status, at the hosting provider.

Email records and retention

Enquiry details become part of WCR’s email correspondence while the team handles your request and any resulting work. Booking, invoice or business records can have additional record-keeping requirements. Contact WCR for information about a particular record or to request its deletion; the team will explain any reason information needs to be retained. Technical records at the website and email providers follow their applicable service and retention arrangements.

Other contact options and website resources

If you follow a WhatsApp, Google Maps or social-media link, that service handles your visit or message under its own privacy information.
